It’s a beautiful morning in Iron Bridge, ON. It’s between Blind River and Sault Saint Marie.
I found the best campground by chance. Damien and his Mom run the place during the summer…which he says keeps him out of trouble. He’s so very helpful and he’s made my stay here just great.
Its wonderful to talk to people along the way. Damien is a good guy in my books…his love and devotion for his Mom and kid sister makes my heart smile! Good luck in your final year of school and I hope to see you one day when you return to BC?

We had a few adventures last night.
1. Runaway kitty! Little One used his stealthy powers to escape the car and spend hours exploring the forest.
2. Keys locked in the car by yours truly. A quick call to Jeep roadside and all was good in less than 30 minutes at no cost.
This campsite is great. They have a CLEAN pool, bathrooms and showers. I’d recommend the place to anyone camping in the area. Bonus plan it was $15 for the night and $5 for a shitload of firewood.
We’re just enjoying a morning fire…to drive away the mutant Mosquitos and black flies…and there’s nothing like a morning fire!
Marley has taken to sleeping under the laundry…she’s dug herself a nice spot.
If you’re traveling in Ontario, I highly recommend Viking!
